Thanks to Everyone that Attended My Webinar
Thanks to everyone that attended my live webinar presentation today. I thought it went great with only one minor glitch with some of your microphones. I would bet that either the computer you were using doesn’t have a microphone or Windows had it muted!
Regardless, the chat went well, we will have to use the phone conferencing next time! For those that attended, I would love to hear your feedback regarding the presentation and the software. How was the resolution? Did my voice sync well with the slides? What would you recommend in the future? Feel free to comment on this post or send me a private message using the above “contact me” form.
For those that missed out, don’t worry, there will be more. I am also working on the recording of the webinar and hope to post soon for all to watch, thanks!

Everything went well – slides were in sync – the video was mildly choppy during the demonstrations but could clearly see what was taking place and very minimally the audio would have a slight echo – honestly, if that’s all that was there – then you are batting pretty well.
Again, excellent – excellent job and thanks for sharing your skill and knowledge.

Hi Mike,
Thanks so much for the webinar I thought it was great! I agree that the video was a bit choppy but everything else was in sync. I would love it if you would post a recording of the webinar as i got interrupted a few times and missed the question and answer section. Thanks for your expertise in the field and I hope to attend more of these webinars.

Hey Mike,
I’ve been asked to give a presentation at a local hospital on mechanics and shoulder rehab:
so, naturally, I am using all of yours and Kevin’s research on the subject.
I’ve been asked to provide information on specifics regarding return to throwing programs in terms of distances used, number of throws, etc.
Where can I get that information and/or what program do you follow?
Thank you.

Greg, try:
Interval sport programs: guidelines for baseball, tennis, and golf.
Reinold MM, Wilk KE, Reed J, Crenshaw K, Andrews JR.
J Orthop Sports Phys Ther. 2002 Jun;32(6):293-8.
Fantastic, Mike. I subscribe to JOSPT so I got the study.
It's quite an all-start lineup of authors: You, Kevin, Jamie, and Dr. Andrews.
ALSO…I was able to get the email of Jamie Reed's wife and have emailed her to try and get the study he talked about at ASMI concerning the study on 60% of MLB with < 200 wins being from the Northeast.
As soon as I get the study I'll post it here.
Thanks again.
Best of luck.
