First off, thank you for such a great response to my first online course.  If you had tried to register for my online continuing education mentorship program on the evaluation and treatment of the shoulder recently, you may have noticed that registration closed briefly as all the spots filled up.  Because I received many emails about opening more spots, I am going to open up 5 more spots for today only.  After today, registration will officially be closed.

UPDATE: Registration has officially closed, thanks to all those that will be joining me!
