Muscle Imbalances Revealed Upper Body Review
When it comes to rehabilitating and training the shoulder, there is no doubt that a thorough approach that takes the kinetic chain into consideration will almost certainly help you reach your goals faster. The era of just performing simple rotator cuff exercises and calling it a day are over. We now know that we should take soft tissue and muscle imbalances of the surround joints into consideration.
If you have been reading my website for awhile now, you’ll be familiar with Rick Kaselj and his Muscle Imbalances Revealed program. I reviewed last year’s lower body program in the past and was impressed with the website and educational content. Well, Rick has just finished this year’s version of Muscle Imbalances Revealed that focuses on the upper body and I this may be something you may want to check out.

The components are all powerpoint presentations that are have been recorded to view on the website. Here is a clip from Dean Somerset’s talk on Advanced Core Training:
Muscle Imbalances Revealed goes beyond stretching what is tight, strengthening what is weak or just performing corrective exercises. It assists us in understanding the synergies that exist within the body and walks you through the intricacies of muscle imbalances. I enjoyed the majority of presentations and picked up a few good tidbits.

Starting today there is a pretty good half off discount if you purchase the program by the end of the day on Thursday. Plus, Rick throws in some great bonuses for those that sign up this week. I don’t think the normal price is unreasonable but the half off discount sure is appealing.

My Thoughts on Muscle Imbalances Revealed Upper Body
In general, I thought the program was worth looking into. Similar to last year, the website is put together well and the topics were definitely interesting. I think the overall quality of the talks was a little bit better last year, but this year’s program was still good. Don’t be turned off by the sales page, there is some quality content behind the pitch. For the price, included CEU’s, and ability to learn from some experts in the field, I would recommend this product if the topics above interest you.

Hey Mike,
Is the myofascial training (component #3) the same thing as myofascial release, like massage? Or is it actually something totally different? Thanks very much, – Erin
