  1. Hi Mike, great video, thanks for posting. One thing I’d like to comment on with an asymmetric anterior pelvic tilt on the left. As part of the MET you explain in the video, I am in agreement with promoting glut activation on the left with hip flexion on the right. Should we really promote adduction and internal rotation on the left though? To activate glutes three dimensionally, should we not encourage external rotation as well as extension on the left as opposed to the internal rotation when using ball between knees? Thanks for letting me learn in coffee shops london wide! Great vids.

  2. Hi Mike.. Thanks for all the great info. What can you say about ligament deformation? I know this a loaded question; however, I hear from DC’s, PT’s, LMT, etc use words “correcting alingment” to their patients when trying to improve alignment. Are we using the word to loosely? Am I wrong in stating changing ligament deformation takes months to change and simply exercising, soft tissue work and adjusting is not enough to see true alignment changes when ligaments have shorten or stretched due to overuse and incorrect posture, especially with increase lordosis and forward head posture. Appreciate your take on this.

  3. Im not sure you need ligament deformation to enhance alignment. Sometimes just positioning and getting strong in and out of position.

  4. I’m confuse with inhibition tight muscles.

    You showed specifically the exercise on the wall to de activate the lats, with engagement of the core and squeezing the ball.

    What other exercises you use?

    In general, how do inhibit tight muscles ?
