Bulletproof Knees and Back DVD
There is a really great new educational product available from my friend Mike Robertson that I wanted to share with everyone. Mike has released his new DVD package “The Bulletproof Knees and Back Seminar.” If you read my newsletters than you know I enjoy learning from Mike and really get a lot out of his website and teaching. This DVD is awesome. Besides being a great speaker, Mike has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. His website is a daily visit of mine so I really enjoyed this DVD.
In total, there are almost 13 hours of content over 6 DVDs covering everything from functional anatomy, static and dynamic assessment, and program design. In addition to the standard lectures, Mike has great hands-on sessions on assessment and exercise selection as well, including functional assessment, foam rolling, mobility drills, core training, hip and quad dominant exercises, and single leg exercises. What I liked most was Mike’s emphasis on proper coaching and cueing, which is definitely critical and often the least understood.
Another great aspect of the DVD is that the content is valuable to strength and fitness specialists, rehab specialists, and even fitness enthusiast themselves! If you are a physical therapist or athletic trainer, these are the kinds of DVDs that I recommend to get you a better strength and performance background as this knowledge is essential and can really kick your rehabilitation skills up a notch – it did for me!
I also thought it was amazing that Mike included 10 bonuses as well, including an eBook I wrote on 5 Keys to Training the Person with Patellofemoral Pain.
Mike and his products are always top notch, I won’t go on and on, you can follow this link to read all about his Bulletproof Knees and Back Seminar DVD.

Video of the Week
Seriously, what makes someone good at air guitar?? As a novice guitar player myself, should I take offense to this??? Looks like anyone could do this? Got to give him points, though, for his nickname and choice of a Toadies song!
